Beauty is not only skin deep. Feeling good about yourself on the outside transcends to confidence within. This is the inspiration for Aram Aesthetics, and is implemented by lead practitioner Aram Rahimpour through his approach to enhancing natural beauty in subtle but effective ways, his passion for aesthetic nursing, his close attention to fine detail, and his drive to provide high-quality services.
Originally from Brisbane, Aram completed his Bachelor of Nursing through Queensland University of Technology in 2008. He relocated to Melbourne in 2020 to obtain his Postgraduate Certificate of Advanced Clinical Nursing through Monash University. With over 14 years of tertiary-level nursing experience, Aram has worked predominantly in critical care. These work areas include cardiology and coronary care at The Prince Charles Hospital and intensive care at both The Royal Brisbane and Women's Hospital and The Alfred Hospital.
Being an experienced intensive care nurse during the pandemic gave Aram a sense of duty he needed to fulfill, so he delayed pursuing aesthetic nursing until there was a reduction in COVID-19 ICU admissions. After seeing the devastation that the pandemic caused on an individual level, Aram wanted to effect change on a population level, and is now also a clinical research nurse at Emeritus Research.Aram has completed the Combined Foundation & Advanced Botox and Dermal Filler course with Derma Institute, with five additional guided practical days, as well as Full Day Mentor and Assessment course with Fresh Clinics.
In conjunction with his advanced nursing skills, Aram has expert knowledge regarding anatomy and physiology and a solid foundation in pharmacodynamics and pharmacokinetics of cosmetic injections. He is dedicated to continuing education, up-skilling, and utilising up-to-date knowledge in his practice.
With the birth of Aram Aesthetics, Aram is committed to providing services that align with the National Safety and Quality Primary and Community Healthcare Standards. He practices legally by maintaining his current nursing registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and is fully compliant with all state and national laws.
Working in collaboration with his clients, through detailed assessment and planning alongside a medical practitioner, Aram formulates treatment plans to ensure individual needs and objectives are met under his discretion and within his scope.Aram is fluent in English, Turkish, and Farsi, and speaks Arabic at a basic level.
He has a diverse cohort of friends and understands the positive impact of inclusivity. Aside from his love for aesthetic nursing, Aram's interests include travelling, swimming, tennis and hiking, and he is a devout supporter of the Brisbane Lions.
